At LHA (Lauderhill Housing Authority), we take pride in being a cornerstone of our community dedicated to delivering innovative and accessible affordable housing solutions for the residents of Lauderhill.

Unlike traditional housing authorities, LHA does not participate in the federal Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) and does not receive funding from the federal government. Instead, we operate independently, offering a wide range of locally driven programs, services, and resources that support long-term growth and self-sufficiency for individuals and families.

Is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization based in Lauderhill, Florida. Established in 2011, its mission is to enhance the quality of life for residents by focusing on community development initiatives, particularly in affordable housing and neighborhood revitalization.
